Looks the same to me. I think it is just the difference betwen tan and no-tan.

that looks like a little more of a diff. than just a tan.. in the first pic if you look at the size of the "bubble" on the end of her nose.. compared to now .. it seems like a huge difference.

her nose is a bit diff... i have to admit.. .but i think the rest is just tan and growing up... i really like her, she seems so 'normal' compared to the rest of young hollywood!

Maybe she's just grown into her nose, 5 years can make a lot of difference and she was quite young then. I think it's pretty much the same.

possibly.. i know there are alot of make up tricks to make the tip of your nose look smaller..

I got a bubble on the end of my nose from my omi (grandma).. i use shading to make it look smaller

Looks like a really good nose job to me. Her first picture, it's very ... how do you say... bulbous. The second, not so much. Very well done.

i think she had minimal refinement ~ looks good, she is so cute
