The only reason the mouth looks diff. is because she is smiling differently in the other pics than the one from 98..
1just shows that she is just normal..everyone has those 'ugly' stages when they are teens!

What I find extremely sad is the fact that her nostrils are sooooo much thinner now. Which is probably the result of major cocaine use. On the party scene, it is a secret to no one that Paris Hilton is HUGE on cocaine, and introduces everyone to it. She is most likely the one to have introduced Lindsay Lohan to it and a lot of people know it for a fact. In her teen pictures, i see the Paris that would later on be raised by the clubs. Just waiting to be corrupted.
12Whats really striking is how dilated her nostrils look nowadays and how damaged they are. Paris is a living proof of years of cocaine abuse and it's a secret to no one on the club scene. I have a few friends who have shared 8balls with her and it's pathetic. She is drug obsessed. The picture as a teen just shows Paris before she goes and gets raised in the clubs, just waiting to be corrupted. I feel sorry for her, cause I'm sure she could have been destined to better things.
